AI CRM and revenue agents

A CRM that fills itself in, and agents that ask before they act

Closefinch captures your team's email, calendar, meetings and Slack into accounts, contacts and deals. Then it runs agents that prepare, follow up and forecast. Anything that leaves the building waits for a person's approval, unless you say otherwise.

  • Free for up to 3 seats, no card
  • Team $35 and Pro $79 per seat a month, billed annually
  • Prices public in HTML, Markdown and JSON

Capture

Records that fill themselves in

Each teammate connects their mailbox and calendar once. Business conversations are filed to the right account and deal, and personal and marketing mail is left out.

  • Gmail, Microsoft 365, Slack and calls from your phone system
  • Fields suggested from what buyers wrote, each with the sentence it came from
  • Keep your current CRM and sync both ways, or move over

Meetings

Meetings that turn into follow-ups

Transcripts come from Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, or from a recorder bot that joins from the calendar.

  • A live transcript that turns promises into follow-ups
  • A summary, tasks and a drafted follow-up email after each call
  • Recording rules you set: external meetings only, or only when invited

Agents

Agents that ask before they act

Start from a template or describe the job. Agents run on a schedule or when something happens, and by default anything that leaves the building waits in an approval inbox.

  • Autonomy levels you choose, per agent
  • Every step in a trace marked read, reason or write
  • Spending budgets that pause runs when they're reached

Outbound

Outreach written for each person

Define who to contact and who never to contact, then run sequences that draft each message from research. Do-not-contact rules and sending limits apply to every send.

  • Multi-step sequences with reply detection
  • Replies sorted by intent, with drafts a person approves
  • Your own Gmail or Outlook mailboxes as senders

Deals and forecasts

Forecasts built from what buyers said

Risk flags, next steps and a forecast where each commit deal has to meet six conditions in the buyer's own words.

  • Deal risk flags that clear when the buyer replies
  • Roll-ups with manager overrides and submitted calls
  • Coverage, slipped deals, stage velocity and win rates

Developers

Built for agents as well as people

Everything in the app is in the API. Assistants connect through the hosted MCP server, and scripts use the CLI.

  • REST API with OpenAPI 3.1 and scoped keys
  • MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other clients
  • Webhooks in and out; outbound deliveries are signed
  • llms.txt and a Markdown version of every page

Security

Security you can check

Each organization's data is kept apart, owners use two-step sign-in, and every change by a person or an agent is in the audit log.

  • Connected-account credentials stored encrypted
  • Hosted in Germany
  • No selling of data and no model training on it
  • A published subprocessor list and DPA. No SOC 2 report yet; we say so
